WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Nollywood actor, content creator and now preacher Oluwatoyin Bayegun, better known as Woli Arole, has penned a heartfelt note to gospel singer Tope Alabi and her husband, Soji Alabi. Kemi Filani reported in January that Arole had lost his beloved father. The actor described his late father as his hero and role model and noted how he left a legacy, which is him. He admitted that he would miss him and expressed how happy he was that he spent his last moments with his father in joy, prayers, and fun. The actor and his siblings over the weekend held a grand burial for their father, and Tope Alabi and her husband were in attendance. Taking to his Instagram page, Woli appreciated them for showing up despite their busy schedule. “How can I thank you, Ma @tope_alabi_ and my bishop @officialpopesojialabi? You showed up despite being so busy. I celebrate you deeply, Ma and Sir!! “ It isn’t surprising to see the gospel singer and her husband at Arole’s father’s burial as they share a close bond. A year ago, on Alabi’s husband’s birthday, Woli Arole poured out encomium on Soji. He described Soji as God’s gift to him, as his advice, access, humility, and lifestyle had richly blessed the comedian. When Woli was also celebrating his birthday, Tope Alabi had described him as her son. She shared a cute picture of Woli Arole, saying that her son is a lovely soul, a wonderful being and a lover of Christ by His grace. Tope also prayed that Woli would fulfil his destiny and that the spirit of God would not depart from him. In other news, Arole had won the hearts of many as he expressed his desire to free hundreds of Agodi prisoners who were awaiting trials. The prophet recounted his outreach to the famous prison in Ibadan, as he expressed how heartbroken he was after being told that there were over 1,000 awaiting trials at the prison.
