Nollywood actress Yetunde Barnabas is celebrating her son as he turns one month old.
Taking to her Instagram page to share family photos, Yetunde described her son as their answered prayers. The light-skinned actress said she loves him in ways that words will never fully capture.
The mother of two expressed bewilderment at how it’s been one whole month of having and loving him. She described the past month as one filled with sleepless nights, overwhelming emotions, deep prayers, and endless gratitude, but most of all, filled with love.
Yetunde prayed for more strength, purpose, peace, and joy and prayed that he grows in wisdom, grace and favour.
“Happy One Month, my Gianni.
You are our answered prayer.
I love you in a way that words will never fully capture, my sunshine.
I can’t believe it’s been one whole month of having and loving you, my son Shine.
This past month has been filled with sleepless nights, overwhelming emotions, deep prayers and endless gratitude, but most of all, it’s been filled with love.
We pray over you every day for strength, for purpose, for peace and for joy. May you grow in wisdom, in grace, and in favour. The world is better because you’re here, Omo mi”.
In another post, she stated that watching him breathe, stretch, cry and smile in his sleep has been a miracle, which she doesn’t take for granted.

Kemi Filani reported last month that the light-skinned actress had announced the birth of her second child, a baby boy. Sharing photos of herself, her husband and their newborn child, she revealed that their miracle has been born.
Following the good news of her son’s birth, her colleague, Bakare Zainab shared a clip from her surprise baby shower, which was thrown by her friends. The likes of Afeez Owo, Bakare Zainab, Seiilat, Omowunmi Ajiboye, and more were in attendance.
A week after his birth, Barnabas and her husband marked the 8-day celebration of their son. The likes of Fausat Balogun, Ijebu, Tawa Ajisefinni and husband had attended the event.
While sharing family-themed maternity photos, Yetunde wrote a message to her newborn son, saying they prayed for more love and God gave them him.
The birth of her second child is coming less than seven months after she shut down rumours that she and her husband were expecting another child. She noted how God’s time is the best and urged rumour peddlers to channel their energy into watching her movie.
In June, Yetunde and her husband had celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary. Sharing lovely family photos, she noted how their journey started with love, and with love, they’re still going strong. Yetunde said she never had any doubts about meeting him and saying yes to a forever commitment.
