‎Hundreds of voters have turned out en masse to cast their votes in the by-election into the Kaura Namoda-South State Constituency in Zamfara.

‎Hundreds of voters have turned out en masse to cast their votes in the by-election into the Kaura Namoda-South State Constituency in Zamfara.

‎A correspondent of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), who monitored the exercise at Kyambarawa, Kasuwardaji, Magaji, Maguru, and Kagarafalau pollling units, reports that the exercise is being conducted orderly amid high turnout of voters.

‎Election officials and security operatives arrived early at the polling centres to facilitate smooth conduct of the exercise.

‎Mainasara Bello, a voter, commended the early arrival of election officials and materials for the exercise.

‎“We are interested to cast our vote and make our choices, that’s our mandate,” he said.

‎Another voter, Galadima Magaji said the exercise was being conducted peacefully amid massive voter turnout in the area. (NAN)
