As Zendaya and Tom Holland quietly celebrate their engagement, a family feud is brewing—and it’s giving reality TV levels of drama.

Zendaya’s half-sister, Latonja Coleman, 51, is now speaking out about their strained relationship, saying she has only seen the actress twice in the past seven years. And despite having nothing but love for Tom Holland, she’s pretty sure she won’t be getting a wedding invite anytime soon.

Tom Holland Is a Family Favorite—But Not Everyone’s In the Circle

Turns out, Zendaya’s family is all here for Tom. Latonja, who shares the same father as Zendaya, met the Spider-Man star back in 2018 and gave him her stamp of approval.

“He’s really, really cool. He’s down to earth and my family likes him,” she said.

But she couldn’t resist poking fun at the one thing everyone notices—their height difference.

“They just look like an odd couple because he’s so short and she’s so tall. But other than that, I think he’s the one for her.”

Short king energy aside, Tom seems to have won over Zendaya’s inner circle—but that inner circle definitely doesn’t seem to include Latonja.

Sister, Fan, or Stranger?

While Zendaya appears to be close with her other half-siblings, Latonja says she’s been pushed out of the family. She recalls their last interaction at their grandmother’s funeral in January—and let’s just say, it was awkward.

“When I tried to talk to her, she just gave me a one-arm hug. It felt like I was just a fan.”

Oof. That one hurts.

She also claims that while Zendaya is involved with her other siblings’ kids, her own grandkids don’t even know they’re related to one of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

“They think she’s just from the Disney Channel.”

A Tale of Two Families?

Here’s where it gets deeper. Zendaya is mixed-race, with a Black father, Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, and a white mother, Claire Stoermer. Latonja, however, is fully Black, as she was born from her father’s first relationship—before he went on to have five more children with his second wife.

And according to Latonja, her father played favorites—and she wasn’t one of them.

“My dad favored the other kids, not his own blood. He’s the reason I haven’t been able to have a relationship with Zendaya.”

Yikes.

She also claims that when she was diagnosed with cancer, she tried to reach out to her famous little sister—but got nothing in return.

“I went through cancer and chemotherapy all by myself with no help, no support. I just want to know why Zendaya wasn’t there for me.”

But here’s the kicker—she doesn’t think Zendaya even knew about her diagnosis at the time.

“I believe they never told her, but I’m sure she found out later.”

No Wedding Invitation, No Relationship?

Despite everything, Latonja insists she doesn’t want Zendaya’s money—just a real relationship with her sister.

“I don’t want her money. I just want to be in her life, to show her that I love her and support her.”

But at this point? She doesn’t expect to be at the wedding.

“It feels like I’m the black sheep of the family. They’ve pushed me out. My other siblings don’t care about me, and honestly, I don’t care about them either.”

But Zendaya?

“She’s my sister, and I love her no matter what.”

Final Thoughts: Zendaya’s Keeping Her Circle Tight

Zendaya has never been one to air out family drama, so it’s unlikely she’ll respond publicly to any of this. And given how extremely private she is, it seems like she’s keeping her inner circle small and drama-free—even if that means keeping some family members at a distance.

So, will Zendaya and Latonja ever repair their relationship? Only time will tell. But as for that wedding invitation? It’s probably not in the mail.
