NaijaOnPoint Nigeria reports that the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) continued its bullish run as the All-Share Index (ASI) soared by 1,017.5 points to close at 145,813.9, marking a 0.70% daily gain and pushing the year-to-date performance to 41.67%.
The rally was fueled by heightened investor activity, with trading volume surging to 1.7 billion shares, up from 1.03 billion shares on the previous day. Total market capitalization also breached a new milestone, crossing the N92 trillion mark to settle at N92.2 trillion, recorded across 35,137 deals.
