Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and promoting the company’s engineering solutions.
- The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with the engineering team to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong knowledge of the engineering industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of market trends and competitive analysis
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
