Chief Security Officer

Role Description
- The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations within the company.
- They will develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the company’s personnel, assets, and facilities.
- Additionally, the Chief Security Officer will collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to mitigate security risks and threats to the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in security management, law enforcement, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Ability to assess and identify security risks and threats and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Experience in developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to security
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus.
