Job Description
- This position reports directly to the Head of Sales and works directly with all Client Relations, Sales Team and Accounting to ensure the following:
Supervision and Reports:
- Monthly reporting on client follow-up payments against budget and reporting on variances.
- Reporting on client complaints and other client related services.
Investment Advisory:
- Advising clients on mortgage loan process and qualification.
- Assisting the Head of Sales in documentation of clients.
- Making sales presentations and guiding clients through sales process.
Customer Relationship Management:
- First point of call for clients.
- Ample knowledge of products and systems of the company.
- Attending to client’s complaints, comments and questions.
- Monitoring of payments made by clients and client correspondence.
- Reminders to clients on due payments.
Marketing:
- Meeting company sales target.
- Developing marketing, plans and strategies for the company.
- Compiling of monthly marketing reports.
- Training of external partner marketers and sales agents.
Requirements
- Interested candidates MUST have at least 2 years work experience in the real estate industry.
