Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues.
- Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Track and record payments remitted and services rendered
- Verify and accurately post sales journal
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing issues.
- Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accounts receivable records
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve debt-related issues and ensure smooth transaction
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
