Administrative Accountant

Reporting Line: Head, Account
Duties
- Managing company assets and financial expenditures.
- Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.
- Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
- Oversee Farm inventory and ensuring inventory records are updated daily
- Coordinating the monthly closing stock of produce on the Farm
- Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
Requirements
- A Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
- 1 – 2 yearsof Accounting experience.
- Candidate must reside in Epe or immediate environ.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- A solid understanding of bookkeeping and tax filing.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborative spirit.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.

Farm Supervisor

Location: Epe, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Management of the pen houses
- Direct training and monitoring of the pen attendants
- Visiting the different divisions to inspect pen, crops, feed and livestock
- Directing and supervising the attendants on what quantity of feed to serve, cleaning of the pen houses, and general wellbeing of both the staff, birds and the equipment
- Observing the birds, and report any cases of diseases or infections.
- Reporting of any faulty equipment in each pen to the Production Manager
- Record keeping of feeds, birds and the crates of eggs produced on daily basis
- Advising the Manager on when to sell birds based on their productivity level.
- Evaluating workers and maintaining discipline in the farm
Requirements
- A minimum of OND in Agriculture, Animal Science, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a farming-related field is important
- Management experience would be a plus.
- The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N55,000 – N60,000 Monthly.

Duties
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements through the review and analysis of personal and business financial data gathered through relationship reviews and personal meetings.
- Acquiring business prospects in the assigned territory in order to bring in new business customers, as well as to develop and collaborate with Centres of Influence in order to expand the customer base.
- Increasing and maintaining relationships, as well as profile new and existing commercial clients, to ensure cross-selling of deposits, credit, and other bank products.
- Collaborating with other bank partners to identify sales opportunities among current and potential business customers.
- Referring and identifying consumer product opportunities among business owners and refer them to other specialists in order to effectively capture them.
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the bank’s products and services, as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.
- Maintaining strong market knowledge, as well as developing, retaining, and expanding relationships with Centres of Influence
- Acts as liaison between Business Credit Centre and prospect/client
- Provides expertise on business credit issues to branch personnel
- Negotiates terms, conditions and pricing with customers to reach terms that will accommodate their needs and be acceptable and profitable to the bank
Requirements
- Minimum of a first degree. A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification would be an advantage.
- Not less than 6 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Candidates MUST be working currently in a commercial bank
- Candidates currently handling the same role will be an added advantage
- Candidates should also be familiar with basic accounting and financial analysis, as well as credit risk assessment and analysis.
- Understanding of Cash Flow lending
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office software
- Must fully embrace the bank’s strategic objective
- Must be conscious of putting clients first.
- Prioritizes and manages time to ensure that the minimum sales and contact management standards are met.
- Relationship building/Planning/Organizing/Closing Sales
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficiency Required
