Job Description
- Lead in negotiation with various Brands, Original Electronics Manufacturers (OEMs) and Vendors to achieve business plans and objectives
- Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Lead all Category channels in achieving the sustainable growth and assigned target for the business as set for the different categories.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, vendors, and logistics providers
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks
- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in supply chain operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Professional certification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Director or in a senior supply chain management role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices
- Experience in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change
