Product Manager

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear product strategy and vision that aligns with the Company’s overall goals and objectives
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities and gaps through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback;
- Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and timelines to drive product development and profitability
- Work closely with the engineering team to define and prioritize product requirements, features, and enhancements;
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences;
- Conduct thorough product testing and validation to ensure product quality, usability, and scalability;
- Monitor product performance and key metrics, and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Lead and manage our cross-functional engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment;
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, and provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery;
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, ICE or in related fields from a reputable university.
- Must have experience in E-commerce with at least 5 years experience from a reputable company.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
- Experience with technology and software products.
- Ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in collaboration, teamwork, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling messages and presentations.
- Adaptable and flexible
