Job Description
- Lead the Sales team in developing sales strategies and new markets for Motorcycle, Power Products, Outboard Engine, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the region
- Establish good relationship and communicate daily with existing dealers and corporate institutions in the region
- Monitor activities and performance of Motorcycle, Power Products, Out-Board Engine, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the market
- Gather market information and report the following activities in the region:
- Competitors
- Dealers
- Corporate institutions (Business to Business)
- Promotional activities
- Contribute to After-sales activities aimed at maintaining high Customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales progress on retail and provide weekly reports
- Scout for and recruit new dealers and corporate institutions
- Supervise the Sales team in developing sales strategies and new markets for Motorcycle, Power products, Outboard engines, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the region
- Actively support the marketing team in the execution of planned marketing activities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
