- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rigger to join our dynamic team.
- As a Rigger, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and materials on our construction sites.
Responsibilities:
- Lifting and rigging heavy equipment and materials using cranes, hoists, and other rigging equipment.
- Inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Developing and implementing rigging plans to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
- Communicating effectively with other trades and supervisors to coordinate lifting operations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving rigging problems.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Rigger
- Strong knowledge of rigging principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and rigging plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry
