Job Summary
- Be up to date with industry and company knowledge.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of clients for our projects.
- Develop high-end presentation tools and skills to close transactions, etc.
Responsibilities
- Build relationship with clients to promote our projects.
- Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
- Promote quality relationships among our clients.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practice.
- Achieve established performance within the specific time frame.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Candidate should possess an HND / B.SC in any Discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a Real Estate company will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and customer relationship management (CRM).
Remuneration
- Salary ranges from N1,500,000 to N3,000,000 p/a.
- Monthly Bonus and Incentives.
- 15% to 31% commission on each transaction.
