You can protect your shiny new Google Pixel 8a smartphone with new cases from Spigen. Today, the company announced its lineup of Pixel 8a cases, many of which are available starting today – the only exception is the Ultra Hybrid OneTap Metal Ring, which is coming in a month or two.
For the Pixel 8a, Spigen is offering up the Ultra Hybrid case, which is available in Zero One, Matte Black, and Crystal Clear options for as low as $15.99. Spigen’s famous Rugged Armor case is also available for the Pixel 8a, and it’ll cost $16.99. Keeping up with the “armor” theme, the Tough Armor is also available in Metal Slate and Black for around $20.
For those looking for some thinner cases, Spigen has its Liquid Air and Thin Fit cases available for around $17. The Liquid Air is available in Matte Black and Abyss Green.
Finally, screen protectors. Spigen is offering up its popular Glas.tR AlightMaster for $15.99, and the Glas.tR Optik is also available. Spigen also has a slew of other accessories that you can pick up for your new Pixel 8a, including the ArcStation Pro GaN III 452 for $45, and the ArcField wireless charger that is now just $25.
Google’s Pixel 8a is set to be the best sub-$500 smartphone of 2024
The Google Pixel 8a was announced today and will start shipping next week. While we haven’t actually used the phone just yet, we do expect this to be the best sub-$500 smartphone on the market. Especially with its 6.1-inch display, which has been upgraded to 120Hz this year. That really shows just how far behind Apple is with the iPhone 15. A phone that costs $300 more and is still only 60Hz.
With the Pixel 8a, Google is also offering a 256GB model for the first time. This makes it really impressive and a good option for those who need more storage but don’t need a flagship phone. It also still includes the 64-megapixel main sensor, 13-megapixel ultrawide, and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera.
For $499, it’s going to be hard to find something better than the Pixel 8a. And when it comes to cases, the same can be said for Spigen.
