After exchanging back and forth, Nigerian musician David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, wrote his colleague Ayodeji Balogun, better known by his name Wizkid, a stern message.
Remember how the Starboy executive made light of the entertainment industry’s current hot controversy by parodying his colleague’s leaked bedroom footage on the internet?
Nkechi Blessing weighed in on their argument, saying that the two artists were only looking for attention and will soon have a hit song out.
Davido responded to her remark by saying he didn’t work on any projects with Wizkid. He went on to say that Wizkid didn’t have as many hit songs as he had, and he then issued a challenge for him to release a song with him on the same day.
An enraged Davido urged him to give in to his demands while bragging about getting 80 hits.
“Ain’t shitt dropping. I have guys!! He don’t!! Tell him let’s drop Friday together. If dem born him well he should drop am ready!! I got 80 hits in the can ready!! Ayo please!! Activate me!!! No fit!! Solo short bitchh!!”.
Reacting to it, Nkechi noted how Davido was truly angry. “Haaaa 001 don vex finish”.
