In a recent development, Afrobeat artist Peruzzi has responded to a fan on Twitter who questioned him over Wizkid’s recent statement.
The Twitter user known as Mubi questioned why Wizkid would call him a pants washer as he also queried if Wizkid had Peruzzi in his mind before. Responding to the fan, Peruzzi expressed that Wizkid could not say it to his face.
In his words, he stated, “can he say it to my face though? Just answer,” implying that Wizkid could not say it to his face.
Another netizen replied him by telling him to set up a date with Wizkid and also stream it live so that they will be able to check something.
Peruzzi also replied in Igbo, stating that what people were asking for was for a human being to see the devil in real life, hinting at the fact that their encounter might lead to a disastrous outcome.
Recall that a few days ago, Wizkid had taken to the X-platform to call out Peruzzi for being Davido songwriter, labelling him a pant-washer. This comment, which obviously did not sit well with Peruzzi, elicited a reaction from him.
He expressed that none of Wizkid’s artists could go head-to-head with him when it comes to songwriting. We are unsure if Wizkid will respond to Perizzi’s recent statement.
