Super Eagles and Leicester of England midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi is presently being sought after by English Premier League club, Everton, ahead of next season’s football.
There are speculations that the Toffees have tabled an undisclosed offer for the midfielder ahead of season 2024/25.
Following an impressive 2023/24 season with Leicester City in the English Championship, Nigeria international, Wilfred Ndidi, has seen his status raised again to become one of the most reliable and sought-after defensive midfielders in Europe.
Apart from Everton who just showed interest in the Nigerian, four other clubsides have also declared interest in hiring the services of the player.
The 27-year-old played a key role as Leicester gained promotion back to the Premier League contributing four goals and five assists in 31 appearances this season.
With just two months left on the contract extension he signed in 2018, Ndidi is free to discuss terms with any club of his choice.
Ndidi and his Super Eagles teammates Kelechi Iheanacho have expressed joy as both of them have secured promotion back to the English Premier League after spending just one season at the lower division.
