motorola already confirmed the launch of edge 50 Pro on April 3rd, and the renders of the edge 50 fusion surfaced in renders earlier this week. Now the edge 50 Ultra, the top-end smartphone in the edge 50 series, have surfaced in renders.
The renders show the phone in Peach Fuzz and Black with a vegan leather finish, and the Beige colour named Sisal will come with a brushed finish. The phone is said to be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC compared to Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the Pro model and Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 in the edge 50 fusion.
The motorola edge 50 Ultra will feature a 50MP main camera, ultra-wide camera and a periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. There is also a laser autofocus function above the periscope lens and a triple LED flash on the right side.
We still don’t have display, battery and charging details of the phone, but we can expect 12GB of RAM, 125W wired charging and 50W wireless charging from the edge 50 Pro.
This is expected to be introduced in China as motorola X50 Ultra. Even though this should go official on April 3rd along with the other edge 50 series phones, it is not clear if we can expect the India launch on the same day.
